Today Brian and I drove to El Capitan for a picnic and some photos. I really like the first shot, but, like a moron, I forgot to include something for scale. This little inlet of water among the rocks was only about a foot wide, but you can't tell that from the photo. I should have had Brian's feet in the shot for scale. The second shot is of some interesting texture in the sand. It sort of reminds me of a jellyfish.
I love the first one, and I love that you "worked" that shot for a while until you got the one you wanted. The second shot is good too, I should have taken some shots of that texture from a different angle like you did, mine were all from straight above. I had a really fun day photographerizing with you!
