Today was a "let's recover from last night" type of day, so needless to say I didn't have the energy to venture outside to find something to photograph. While taking a picture of Perdita on my windowsill, I had the bright (haha) idea to use my sunrise-simulating alarm clock to light her up from below. I like the effect, but it looks a little weird when combined with the light from the window. I think I'll try to use this technique in the future, though.
I don't think you mostly failed on this one, I like it. Sure the lighting isn't perfect, but I really like the effect, pretty cool.
