As I was about to devour the most delicious mango mousse cake, I noticed the whipped cream swirl on the top was particularly pretty. I did this photo in black and white to give it a slightly more dramatic look. I'm strangely drawn to this photo—not sure why.
That is soo cool! And a great idea. I love the composition, I just keep looking at it. Very nice.
